A RESOLUTION concerning

 

City of Annapolis Police and Fire Retirement Plan - 2018 Amendment and Restatement

 

FOR                     the purpose of amending and restating the Police and Fire Retirement Plan; and matters generally relating to the Plan.

 

WHEREAS,                     pursuant to O-35-15, on September 21, 2015, the City of Annapolis Police and Fire Retirement Plan (Amendment and Restatement Effective July 1, 2015) and its appendices were adopted by the City Council; and

 

WHEREAS,                     pursuant to City Code Section 3.36.010, the City of Annapolis Police and Fire Retirement Plan 2018 Amendment and Restatement is hereby presented to the City Council for its approval.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the City of Annapolis Police and Fire Retirement Plan 2018 Amendment and Restatement, effective July 1, 2018, is hereby adopted.
