A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Rental Unit and Short Term Residential Rental Licenses - Fines

 

FOR                     the purpose of updating the fines schedule concerning rental unit and short term residential rental licenses.

 

WHEREAS,                     Ordinance 26-19 amends Chapter 17.44 of the Code of Annapolis concerning rental unit and short term residential rental licenses; and

 

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 31-19 updates the fines schedule concerning rental unit and short term residential rental licenses.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that Chapter 17.44 of the Annapolis FY 2020 Fines Schedule is amended as follows:
