A RESOLUTION concerning
Fees and Fines Related to Regulation of Tours in Historic Annapolis
FOR the purpose of establishing fees and fines required by the adoption of O-19-25, Regulation of Tours in Historic Annapolis.
WHEREAS, O-19-25, Regulation of Tours in Historic Annapolis, includes the authority for the City to issue certain fees and fines; and
WHEREAS, The amount of those fees and fines needs to be established by resolution.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fees Schedule shall be amended as follows:
