A RESOLUTION concerning
Fall 2026 Annapolis Powerboat and Sailboat Shows - Approval of Nonprofit Vendors
FOR the purpose of authorizing sales by certain vendors in the City Dock area of the Historic District during the Fall 2026 Annapolis Boat Shows.
WHEREAS, Under § 7.40.090(A)(7) of the City Code, a licensee may engage in the business of a peddler, hawker, itinerant merchant, or transient vendor on those days of the year and at those places and times designated by resolution or ordinance of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the following vendor sales in the City Dock area of the Historic District from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on October 8-11 and October 15-18, 2026, during the fall boat shows, are hereby approved:
• Annapolis Optimist Club.
AND BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this resolution shall take effect upon passage.
