A RESOLUTION concerning
Building Code Updates - Fines
FOR the purpose of updating certain code section references under Title 17 in the Fiscal Year 2021 Fines Schedule.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 38-20 adopts certain building codes in accordance with the Code of Maryland; updates certain building codes; corrects technical errors; specifies enforcement procedures; and specifies appeal procedures; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 45-20 amends certain code section references in the Fiscal Year 2021 Fines Schedule that were modified by the Building Code updates of O-38-20.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fiscal Year 2021 Fines Schedule is amended as follows:

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this resolution shall become effective upon the effective date of Ordinance 38-20.
