A RESOLUTION concerning

 

2025 Salary Review Commission Members Updated

                     

FOR                     adding a member to the Salary Review Commission established by Resolution 42-24 on September 27, 2024.

 

WHEREAS,                     Pursuant to Article II, Section 4(b)(1) of the City Charter, the Annapolis City Council adopted R-42-24, establishing the 2025 Salaries Review Commission on the pay and compensation for the Mayor, City Council, and City Manager to be effective for the four years beginning December 1, 2025;

 

WHEREAS,                      The City Council confirmed five members of the 2025 Salary Review Commission by Resolution 50-24, adopted on November 12, 2024, and two positions remain available; and

 

WHEREAS,                      Another capable nominee has been brought forth by Alderwoman Finlayson to add to the complement of members.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the 2025 Salary Review Commission membership shall also include:

                     Faye B. Currie (Ward 7)

 

AND BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this resolution shall take effect upon passage.
