A RESOLUTION concerning

Parking Meters - Fees

FOR                     the purpose of amending the Fiscal Year 2020 Fees Schedule for parking meters located at certain locations in the historic district.

WHEREAS,                     Section 12.24.020 provides for an hourly rate per parking meter to be established by resolution of the City Council; and

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 33-19 adds to the Fiscal Year 2020 Fees Schedule an hourly rate for parking meters located at certain locations in the historic district of Annapolis.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fiscal Year 2020 Fees Schedule is amended as follows:

	PARKING METERS LOCATED  AT CITY DOCK LOT (FROM CRAIG ST TO SUSAN CAMPBELL PARK), DOCK STREET LOT (FROM RANDALL STREET TO CRAIG STREET), DONNER LOT (ON COMPROMISE ST), AND BASIL LOT (ON COMPROMISE STREET)	$4/HOUR$3/HOUR (APRIL 1 - OCTOBER 31) and $2/HOUR (NOVEMBER 1 - MARCH 31)
	ALL OTHER PARKING METERS	$2/HOUR

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this resolution shall become effective upon the date of its adoption.
