A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Capital Improvement Program Fiscal Years 2017-2022

 

FOR                     the purpose of adopting a capital improvement program for Fiscal Years 2017-2022 (July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2022).

 

WHEREAS,                     pursuant to Section 6.16.030 of the Annapolis City Code, on March 14, 2016, the Mayor submitted to the City Council a capital budget for the ensuing fiscal year and a Capital Improvement Program for the ensuing five fiscal years; and

 

WHEREAS,                     R-11-16 was referred to the Planning Commission, which held a meeting after proper public notice, to receive evidence and testimony as it judged to be relevant to the consideration of the Capital Improvement Program; and

 

WHEREAS,                     on May 9, 2016, the Annapolis City Council held a public hearing on the Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2017-2022; and

 

WHEREAS,                     the attached Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2017-2022 is submitted to the Annapolis City Council for its consideration and approval.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that pursuant to Section 6.16.030 of the Annapolis City Code, the capital improvement program for Fiscal Years 2017-2022, attached to this resolution and made a part hereof, be and the same is hereby adopted and approved.

 

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this resolution shall take effect on July 1, 2016.
