A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Fines for Violating Annapolis Noise Restrictions

 

FOR                      the purpose of increasing the fine for repeat violations of the City of Annapolis noise restrictions; and generally dealing with the public peace and order section of the City Code.

 

WHEREAS,                     Section 11.12.020 of the City Code sets noise prohibitions with the City of Annapolis, and O-28-23, Noise Prohibition City Code Update - Prohibitions and Enforcement Enhancements, authorizes new restrictions and enforcement, the City Manager shall implement fines for this section as amended by this resolution.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fines Schedule shall be amended as follows:
