A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Grading Permit Fees

 

FOR                      the purpose of correcting certain fees that will be charged for the use of City services for FY 2020.

 

WHEREAS,                     On June 10, 2019, the FY 2020 Fees Schedule was adopted by the passage of R-16-19; and

 

WHEREAS,                     R-35-19 amends the FY 2020 Fees Schedule to correct typographical errors to the grading permit fees that were in R-16-19.

 

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2020 Fees Schedule shall be amended as follows:
