A RESOLUTION concerning
Fiscal Year 2025 Sewer Fees Update
FOR the purpose of updating City of Annapolis sewer fees as recommended by the City's rate consultant; and generally dealing with the FY 2025 fees schedule.
WHEREAS, Section 6.16.050 of the City Code requires that concurrent with the submission of the proposed annual budget, the Mayor shall submit to the City Council a proposed schedule of fees.
WHEREAS, The City Council adopted the FY 2025 fees schedule on June 10, 2024, but the fees for sewer have been calculated differently by the City's rate consultant;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fiscal Year 2025 fees schedule be amended as follows:
