A RESOLUTION concerning

Amending Fines for Parking on Northwest Street and Parking of Motor Homes

FOR the purpose of removing the fine for violating 15-minute parking on portions of Northwest Street and establishing a fine for parking violations specific to motor homes.


WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 1.20 - General Penalty and Municipal Infractions, fines are authorized in the City Code and established by resolution of the City Council; and

WHEREAS, Ordinance O-37-15 removes the 15-minute parking zone on Northwest Street; and

WHEREAS, Ordinance O-38-15 establishes Section 12.20.115 regulating the parking of Motor Homes on City streets.


NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2016 Fines Schedule is amended as follows:
