Alcoholic Beverages Code Technical Corrections
FOR the purpose of making technical corrections to the Alcoholic Beverages section of the City of Annapolis code; and generally dealing with Title 7 ? 12.
BY repealing and reenacting with amendments the following portions of the Code of the City of Annapolis, 2022 Edition

SECTION I: BE IT ESTABLISHED AND ORDAINED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Code of the City of Annapolis shall be amended to read as follows:

D. Restaurant-class licenses are as follows:
1. Class B-1: Alcoholic beverages shall be served only with meals and sales shall be only between the hours of six a.m. and twelve midnight, Monday through Saturday. The premises shall not contain a bar open to the public.
