A RESOLUTION concerning

Fines for Failure to Clear Snow and Ice from City Sidewalks

FOR                      the purpose of establishing fines related to O-6-25, Clearing Snow and Ice from City Sidewalks, adopted by the City Council on July 14, 2025.

WHEREAS,                      O-6-25, Clearing Snow and Ice from City Sidewalks, includes the authority for the City to issue certain fines; and

WHEREAS,                      The amount of those fines needs to be established by resolution.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fines Schedule shall be amended as follows:
