A RESOLUTION concerning

Animal Control - Canine Leash Laws - Fines

FOR                     the purpose of adding fines to the Fiscal Year 2021 Fines Schedule concerning violations of City Code Sections 8.04.050 and 8.04.060 that regulate dogs at large and dogs in public recreation areas.

  .

WHEREAS,                     Ordinance 48-20 adds Sections 8.04.050 and 8.04.060 to the Annapolis City Code that regulate dogs at large and dogs in public recreation areas, respectively; and

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 64-20 adds the fines for violations of Sections 8.04.050 and 8.04.060 of the Code of the City of Annapolis.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fiscal Year 2021 Fines Schedule is amended as follows:

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this resolution shall become effective upon the passage of Ordinance 48-20.
