A RESOLUTION concerning
Peddlers, Hawkers and Itinerant Merchants - Fine
FOR the purpose of adding a fine in the Fiscal Year 2020 Fines Schedule for a violation of Section 7.40.095 of the Code of the City of Annapolis.
WHEREAS, Section 7.40.095 authorizes the City Council to establish by resolution a fine to be assessed against a person who violates Chapter 7.40 of the Code of the City of Annapolis; and
WHEREAS, R-38-19 adds a fine to the Fiscal Year 2020 Fines Schedule for a violation of Chapter 7.40 of the Code of the City of Annapolis.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2020 Fees Schedule shall be amended to add the following fine:
