A RESOLUTION concerning

Fine Schedule for City Code Violations

FOR       the purpose of specifying fines that may be imposed for violations of the City Code.

WHEREAS,      pursuant to Chapter 1.20 - General Penalty and Municipal Infractions, fines for violations of the City Code are authorized in the City Code and established by resolution of the City Council; and    

WHEREAS,      the City Council seeks to change the fines imposed for violations of the City Code.                  

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fine Schedule shall be as attached.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fine Schedule shall take effect on July 1, 2014, or on the date of adoption, whichever date is later.

ADOPTED this 16^th day of June, 2014.
