Identification and Assessment of Energy Related Goals.
Body
a. Establish Goals. The goals were not clear at the last meeting. I would like a list of energy related binding or nonbinding goals from task forces, action plans, Council resolutions, City Code, etc. that apply to City government and its buildings, or is to be enforced or directed or advocated by City government in the public or private sector (collectively, "goals"). Identify binding goals (set by law or agreement) and non-binding goals (proclamation or task force not adopted by law).
b. Establish Accountability. Provide an assessment with where the City is with respect to each of these goals. What staff member is monitoring each of these goals? What is being done to achieve these goals?
c. State the Plan. What is the City on track to accomplish? What is needed by staff to achieve these goals? What is planned by staff?
