A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Drug-Loitering Free Zones - Repeal of Fines

 

FOR                     the purpose of repealing fines in the Fiscal Year 2021 Fines Schedule for violations concerning loitering in Drug-Loitering Free Zones.

 

WHEREAS,                     Ordinance 49-20 repeals Section 11.12.067 of the Code of the City of Annapolis concerning Drug-Loitering Free Zones; and

 

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 65-20 repeals the fines set forth in the FY2021 Fees Schedule for violations of Section 11.12.067.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fiscal Year 2021 Fines Schedule is amended as follows:
