A RESOLUTION concerning
Special Event Permit Fee and Fines
FOR      the purpose of setting the special event permit fee and a fine for violating Section 11.12.050 and Chapter 14.18 of the City Code on special events.
 
WHEREAS,      pending Ordinance 16-14 is a comprehensive overhaul of the City Code related to special events; and
 
WHEREAS,      pending Ordinance 16-14 authorizes a special event permit fee by resolution of the City Council; and
 
WHEREAS,      pending Ordinance 16-14 authorizes a fine for a violation of Chapter 14.18 by resolution of the City Council.
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2015 fee schedule is amended as follows:
