A RESOLUTION concerning

Tucker Street Boat Trailer Permit Non-resident Fee Increase

FOR                      the purpose of increasing the fee for non-residents to launch boats from the Tucker Street launching facility; and generally dealing with boat trailer permit fees.

WHEREAS,                     the non-resident annual boat trailer permit fee for the Tucker Street launching facility is lower than the Truxton Park fee, and Tucker Street parking for boat trailers is more limited than Truxton Park;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fees Schedule shall be amended as follows:

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this resolution shall take effect with the new fee year beginning January 1, 2024.
