A RESOLUTION concerning
City of Annapolis Plastic Bag Reduction Act Fines
FOR the purpose of establishing fines required by the adoption of Ordinance 5-24, Health and Safety - City of Annapolis Plastic Bag Reduction Act.
WHEREAS, O-5-24, establishing fines required by the adoption of Ordinance 5-24, Health and Safety - City of Annapolis Plastic Bag Reduction Act, includes the authority for the City to issue certain fines; and
WHEREAS, The amount of those fines needs to be established by resolution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fees Schedule shall be amended as follows:
