a. What are the goals (as defined above) for tree canopies, land use, storm water, and other environmental issues?
b. I have the same additional questions (Establish Goals / Establish Accountability / State the Plan) as above for each of these goals.
c. What proposals and strategies have been implemented? What prioritization has the staff or Council established for these goals? What support does the staff need to move forward on these proposals?
d. What proposals has the staff made to Council to assist the Council in forming and establishing policy? What policies are needed or are in some phase of development?
