A RESOLUTION
FOR the purpose of decommissioning the Committee established to express the intent of the City of Annapolis to explore the possibility of acquiring the property located at 110 Compromise Street.
WHEREAS, R-3-14 established a Committee to express the intent of the City of Annapolis to explore the possibility of acquiring the property located at 110 Compromise Street; and
WHEREAS, the last meeting of that Committee was held on January 22, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City Council subsequently resolved to consider the acquisition of 110 Compromise Street pursuant to R-32-14; and
WHEREAS, at the January 12, 2015 City Council Meeting, Alderman Budge stated his intent to withdraw R-32-14 and to take no further action concerning the potential acquisition of the 110 Compromise Street property; and
WHEREAS, accordingly, the Committee has no further business and should be decommissioned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Committee established to express the intent of the City of Annapolis to explore the possibility of acquiring the property located at 110 Compromise Street be hereby decommissioned.
