SECTION I: BE IT ESTABLISHED AND ORDAINED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Code of the City of Annapolis shall be amended to read as follows:

Chapter 3.36 - POLICE AND FIRE RETIREMENT

3.36.010 - Plan established.

A retirement plan for eligible firemen and policemen of this City is hereby established effective July 1, 1980. AN AMENDED AND RESTATED PLAN, THE CITY OF ANNAPOLIS POLICE AND FIRE RETIREMENT PLAN EFFECTIVE JULY 1 2015, IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED AND ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
