A RESOLUTION concerning
Peddlers, Hawkers, and Itinerant Merchants Fees and Fines
FOR the purpose of setting fees and fines associated with engaging in the business of a peddler, hawker, and itinerant merchant as set forth in Chapter 7.40 of the City Code.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 8-16 is the legislation regarding peddlers, hawkers, and itinerant merchants conducting business within the City; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 8-16 authorizes the imposition of fees by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 8-16 authorizes the imposition of fines by resolution of the City Council.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2016 2017 Fees Schedule is amended as follows:
