AN ORDINANCE concerning

 

Title 2 - City Manager

 

FOR                     the purpose of amending and updating Chapter 2.12 of the Annapolis City Code to remove an obsolete reference to City Administrator and to replace said reference with the position title City Manager.

 

BY                     repealing and re-enacting with amendments the following portion of the Code of the City of Annapolis, 2015 Edition

                     2.12.030

 

 

SECTION I:                     BE IT ESTABLISHED AND ORDAINED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Code of the City of Annapolis shall be amended to read as follows:

 

TITLE 2 - ADMINISTRATION

 

CHAPTER 2.12 - MAYOR

 

Section 2.12.030 - City AdministratorMANAGER.

 

The City AdministratorMANAGER shall meet the qualifications and have the duties set forth in the Charter.

 

 

SECTION  II:   AND  BE  IT  FURTHER  ESTABLISHED  AND  ORDAINED  BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this ordinance shall take effect 50 days after the adoption of Charter Amendment CA-3-16.
