A RESOLUTION concerning

Wheel Immobilization Devices - Fine

FOR                     the purpose of establishing the fine for use of wheel immobilization devices in the City of Annapolis.

WHEREAS,                     Ordinance 36-17 adds Section 12.20.160 to the Code of the City of Annapolis concerning the prohibition for use of wheel immobilization devices within City limits; and

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 23-17 establishes the fine for initial and repeat or continuous violations of Section 12.20.160.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2018 Fines Schedule is amended as follows:
