A RESOLUTION concerning

Amendment to the FY2018 Capital Improvement Budget
and Capital Improvement Program (2018-2023)

FOR the purpose of amending the FY2018 Capital Improvement Budget and Capital Improvement Program (2018-2023) to include funding for a new project - City Dock Re-Decking.

WHEREAS, Section 6.16.030 of the Code of the City of Annapolis requires the Annapolis City Council to approve the capital improvement budget and program for each fiscal year on a six-year basis; and

WHEREAS, the capital improvement budget for the Fiscal Year 2018 and the capital improvement program for the six-year period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023 were prepared and proposed by the Mayor and submitted to the Annapolis City Council for its consideration and approval; and

WHEREAS, on May 8, 2017, the Annapolis City Council held a public hearing on the capital improvement budget and program for the Fiscal Years 2018 - 2023; and

WHEREAS, on June 12, 2018, the Annapolis City Council considered and approved the capital improvement budget for the Fiscal Year 2018 and the capital improvement program for the six-year period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023; and

WHEREAS, on September 25, 2017 the Annapolis City Council shall hold a public hearing on a proposed amendment (City Dock Re-Decking Project) to the FY 2018 capital improvement budget and the capital improvement program for the six-year period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023.

NOW, THEREFORE,
