A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Parking Places and Parking Lots - Fine

 

FOR                     the purpose of establishing a fine for a violation of Chapter 12.28 of the Code of the City of Annapolis concerning the operation of parking places and parking lots.

 

WHEREAS,                     Ordinance 37-17 repeals and re-enacts with amendments Chapter 12.28 concerning the operation of parking places and parking lots; and

 

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 33-17 establishes a fine for a violation of Chapter 12.28.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2018 Fines Schedule is amended as follows:

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this resolution shall become effective upon the adoption of Ordinance 37-17.
