A RESOLUTION concerning
Amendments to Title 15 of the FY 2018 Fees Schedule
FOR the purpose of establishing a timeframe for when Workboat and Buyboat watermen may request temporary docking; repealing annual street end dinghy permit on medical hardship availability; and clarifying criteria for permissible docking of dinghies.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 6.16.050, the proposed annual budget and schedule of fees was approved by the Mayor and City Council effective July 1, 2017; and
WHEREAS, certain fees in the Fees Schedule pertaining to Title 15 require clarification; and
WHEREAS, R-8-18 establishes a timeframe for when Workboat and Buyboat watermen may request temporary docking; repeals street end dinghy permit availability; and simplifies hourly docking rates.
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2018 Fees Schedule shall be amended as follows:
