A RESOLUTION concerning
Amended FY 2019 Pay Plan
FOR the purpose of amending the FY 2019 Pay Plan effective July 1, 2018.
WHEREAS, at the June 18, 2018 City Council meeting, the City Council adopted the FY 2019 Pay Plan; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to adoption of the FY 2019 Pay Plan, the City of Annapolis ratified Collective Bargaining Agreements with four of its employee organizations pursuant to Section 3.32.060 of the Code of the City of Annapolis; and
WHEREAS, due to ratification of the Collective Bargaining Agreements, it is necessary to amend the FY 2019 Pay Plan; and
WHEREAS, the FY 2019 Amended Pay Plan, effective July 1, 2018, is attached to this Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2019 Amended Pay Plan is adopted as attached.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this FY 2019 Pay Plan shall take effect on July 1, 2018.
