A RESOLUTION concerning

 

FY 2020 Fees Schedule Effective July 1, 2019

 

FOR                      the purpose of specifying fees that will be charged for the use of City services for FY 2020.

 

WHEREAS,                     Section 6.16.050 of the City Code, requires that, concurrent with the submission of the proposed annual budget, the Mayor shall submit to the City Council a proposed schedule of fees.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2020 Fees Schedule shall be as attached.

 

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2020 Fees Schedule shall take effect on July 1, 2019, or on the date of adoption, whichever date is later.
