A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Maryland Public Information Act - Fees

 

FOR                     the purpose of adding fees to the Fiscal Year 2020 Fees Schedule concerning requests for information made pursuant to the Maryland Public Information Act.

 

WHEREAS,                     Ordinance 10-19 adds Maryland Public Information Act laws to the Code of the City of Annapolis; and

 

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 32-19 adds Maryland Public Information Act fees to the FY 2020 Fees Schedule.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the following fees are added to the Fiscal Year 2020 Fees Schedule:
