A RESOLUTION concerning

Critical Area Overlay Fees

FOR                     the purpose of amending the Fiscal Year 2020 Fees Schedule for fee-in-lieu of planting in accordance with Sections 17.09.070 and 21.54.105 of the Code of the City of Annapolis.

WHEREAS,                     Ordinance 27-19 adds Section 21.54.105 to the Code of the City of Annapolis that includes a fee-in-lieu of planting; and

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 36-19 clarifies the fee-in-lieu of planting for Section 17.09.070 and adds a fee-in-lieu of planting for Section 21.54.105 of the Code of the City of Annapolis.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fiscal Year 2020 Fees Schedule is amended as follows:
