A RESOLUTION concerning

Audit Committee - Aldermanic Appointments

FOR                     the purpose of confirming aldermanic appointments to the Audit Committee.

WHEREAS,                     pursuant to Section 2.48.400, the Mayor shall recommend to the City Council all aldermanic appointments to the Audit Committee, and the aldermanic appointments shall be confirmed by a majority of the City Council.

Alderwoman Pindell Charles

Alderman Gay

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the aldermanic membership of the Audit Committee as set forth in this resolution is confirmed.
