A RESOLUTION concerning

Swimming Pool Fees

FOR                      the purpose of specifying the fees that will be charged for use of the new City of Annapolis swimming pool; and setting an effective date.

WHEREAS,                     R-16-19 specified the fees that will be charged for the use of City services during FY 2020; and

WHEREAS,                     R-20-20 amends the FY 2020 Fees Schedule to specify the fees that will be charged for use of the new City of Annapolis swimming pool effective April 1, 2020.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2020 Fees Schedule shall be amended as follows:

SWIMMING POOL - JULYAPRIL 1, 20192020 THROUGH OCTOBER 1, 20192020
Adult	$56/day	$510/day
Child (12 and under) and Seniors (62 +)	$45/day	$47/day
Season Pass - Family	$160200/family of four. $1520 for each additional child	$185240/family of four.  $1520 for each additional child

REVISOR’S NOTE: The Swimming Pool Table in the FY 2020 Fees Schedule is amended.  No other changes are made.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the fees for use of the new City of Annapolis swimming pool shall take effect on April 1, 2020.
