A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Alcoholic Beverages - Consumption on City Property

 

FOR                      the purpose of establishing an annual cap on fees assessed for the consumption of alcoholic beverages on City property for certain applicants.

 

 

WHEREAS,                     the FY 2020 Fees Schedule, which the City Council adopted as R-16-19, established a daily fee for a license allowing the consumption of alcoholic beverages on City property pursuant to Section 7.12.100; and

 

WHEREAS,                     the City Council wishes to establish an annual cap on fees assessed for an applicant that applies for a license pursuant to Section 7.12.100 used in conjunction with a special event that occurs on multiple days throughout the year.

 

NOW, THEREFORE,

 

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2020 Fees Schedule is amended as follows:

REVISOR’S NOTE: The “Consumption on City Property License” is amended and a corresponding annual fee is added.  No other changes to the FY 2020 Fees Schedule are made.
