A RESOLUTION concerning

Small Cell Systems - Fees

FOR                     the purpose of adding fees to the Fiscal Year 2021 Fees Schedule concerning Small Cell Systems.

WHEREAS,                     Ordinance 29-20 adds Section 14.40.010 to the Code of the City of Annapolis concerning installation of a structure and attachment of a small cell system; replacement of an existing structure and attachment of a small cell system; placement of a small cell system on an existing structure or modification of an existing small cell system that changes the size of configuration of the structure or small cell system ; and modification of an existing small cell system on an existing structure that does not change the size of configuration of the structure or small cell system; and

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 41-20 adds the fees concerning Section 14.40.010 of the Code of the City of Annapolis.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fiscal Year 2021 Fees Schedule is amended as follows:
