A RESOLUTION concerning

Small Cell Systems - Fines

FOR                     the purpose of adding fines to the Fiscal Year 2021 Fines Schedule concerning Small Cell Systems.

WHEREAS,                     Ordinance 29-20 adds Section 21.64.565 to the Code of the City of Annapolis concerning small cell systems; and

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 42-20 adds the fines pursuant to Section 21.64.565 of the Code of the City of Annapolis concerning small cell systems.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fiscal Year 2021 Fines Schedule is amended as follows:
