A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Appeal to Board of Appeals -Fee

 

FOR                     the purpose of specifying the fee in the Fiscal Year 2021 Fees Schedule for filing an appeal to the Board of Appeals.

 

WHEREAS,                     Section 21.30.010 of the Code of the City of Annapolis provides that “[a]n appeal may be taken to the Board of Appeals by a person aggrieved or by an officer, department, board or bureau of the City aggrieved by a decision of the Planning and Zoning Director other than the issuance of a misdemeanor citation; and

 

WHEREAS,                     Resolution 53-20 specifies the filing fee for an appeal to the Board of Appeals.

 

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fiscal Year 2021 Fees Schedule is amended as follows:
