SECTION I: BE IT ESTABLISHED AND ORDAINED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Code of the City of Annapolis shall be amended to read as follows:

Chapter 14.18 - SPECIAL EVENTS
Section 14.18.010 - Purpose.
The purpose and intent of this chapter is to authorize and regulate special events in the City of Annapolis, and to limit the type and frequency of SPECIAL events in the area of City dock.
