A RESOLUTION concerning
Fiscal Year 2023 Fees Schedule
FOR the purpose of specifying fees that will be charged for the use of City services for Fiscal Year 2023; and providing an effective date.
WHEREAS, Section 6.16.050 of the City Code, requires that, concurrent with the submission of the proposed annual budget, the Mayor shall submit to the City Council a proposed schedule of fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fiscal Year 2023 Fees Schedule shall be as attached.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fiscal Year 2023 Fees Schedule shall take effect on July 1, 2022.
