A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Non-Profit Vendors During Annapolis Songwriters Festival and Holiday Market

 

FOR                     the purpose of authorizing sales by certain vendors in the Susan Campbell Park of the Historic District during September and December of 2022.

 

WHEREAS,                     Section 7.40.090 of the City Code allows the City Council to designate certain days of the year, places and times when peddlers, hawkers and itinerant merchants may be licensed to sell in the Historic District or a nonresidential area.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the following vendor sales in Susan Campbell Park of the Historic District during September 16 and 17 are hereby approved.

 

                     Rams Head Group LLC

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the following vendor sales in Susan Campbell Park of the Historic District during December 8 and 11 are hereby approved.

 

                     Downtown Annapolis Partnership

 

 

AND BE IT Finally RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that this resolution shall take effect from the date of its passage.
