A RESOLUTION concerning

Amendments to Title 2 of the FY 2023 Fees Schedule

FOR the purpose of amending Annapolis Police Department fees; and generally related to the FY 2023 fee schedule.

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 6.16.050, the proposed annual budget and schedule of fees was approved by the Mayor and City Council effective June 10, 2022; and

WHEREAS, Certain fees in the Fees Schedule pertaining to Title 2 require revision; and

WHEREAS, The State of Maryland raised its processing fee for fingerprinting services, R-58-22 amends the FY 2023 Annapolis Police Department fee schedule for certain fingerprinting services in response to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services processing fee increase.


NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the FY 2023 Fees Schedule shall be amended as follows:
