A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Fees Schedule Update for Milestone Inspections Ordinance 55-22

 

FOR                      the purpose of setting Milestone Inspection fees as adopted in O-55-22, Title 17 § 08.080(D).

 

WHEREAS,                     Since O-55-22, Sediment Control Inspections Process, Fees, and Milestone Inspections, upon adoption, will establish the authority Milestone Inspectionfees, the amount of these fees needs to be established by this resolution.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the Fees Schedule shall be amended as follows:
