A RESOLUTION concerning

 

Fees Schedule Updated for Ordinance 30-23

 

FOR                      the purpose of establishing fees required by the adoption of O-30-23, Updates and Corrections to Special Residential Parking Districts.

.

 

WHEREAS,                     Since O-30-23, Updates and Corrections to Special Residential Parking Districts, upon adoption, will update Special Residential Parking District requirements, the amount of fees related to O-30-23 needs to be established by this resolution.

.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ANNAPOLIS CITY COUNCIL that the 2024 Fees Schedule shall be amended as follows:
