Rhonda Pindell-Charles is a multi-generational product of Parole/Annapolis—Annapolis High School, Morgan State University, University of Maryland Law School.
Rhonda has served as an Attorney with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, and the Baltimore City State’s Attorney Office; and as a Manager/Supervisor/Specialist with the County Health Department and Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Rhonda's work history/experience over the past almost half-century has been extremely varied—education; building construction; manual labor; maritime; retail; banking; legal (criminal defense; civil-environmental; administrative-hearing officer; criminal prosecution); health; education.
For over 30 years, Rhonda has been extremely active in the community—serving on numerous and various boards/commissions/committees on a multitude of civic/community and governmental levels In November 2013, Rhonda was elected to serve on the Annapolis City Council, representing Ward 3.
Rhonda and husband Marvin have been married for 35 years. They have 2 adult children, Marvin, Jr. (Budget Analyst, Prince George’s County Public Schools) and Rishelle (licensed Physical Therapist). Rhonda is the daughter of Gwendolyn Queen Pindell (retired AACPS Algebra teacher) and the late France A. "Buck" Pindell (co-owner, Pindell & Pindell Contractors—his building-contracting business).
