Alderman Gay requested Ros provided the council with an estimate for the after  
school program staffing.  
Director of Recreation & Parks Johnson, Recreation Division Chief Simmons, Play  
Annapolis Board Member Emily Tomasini, Annapolis All-Stars CEO Stan Womack  
were present to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderman Gay requested Director of Recreation & Parks Johnson provided the  
council with an estimate for the after school program staffing.  
Lease Behavior Modification Diversion Program Discussion  
Acting City Manager Buckland was present to answer questions from the  
committee.  
Legislation  
2025 Transit Development Plan for the City of Annapolis  
For the purpose of approving the City of Annapolis Transit Development Plan that is  
updated every five years.

committee.  
Alderman Schandelmeier moved to recommend R-17-25 favorably. Seconded.  
CARRIED on voice vote.

Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 8:45 pm.
