Alderwoman Allsup-Johnson called the Regular Meeting to order at 4:01 pm.

Alderman Savidge moved to approve the Regular Meeting agenda. Seconded.

General Discussion  
Pedestrian & Cycling Safety Coordinator Update  
Bike, Pedestrian, and Micro-Mobility Coordinator Rowel was present to answer  
questions from the committee.  
Alderman Schandelmeier requested that Bike, Pedestrian, and Micro-Mobility  
Coordinator Rowel provide recommendations for local, city-level changes for  
cyclists and specifics on the state-level requirements for cyclists.  
Alderman Savidge requested that Bike, Pedestrian, and Micro-Mobility  
Coordinator Rowel submit the goals he has for his position. Alderman Savidge  
requested that Chief of Comprehensive Planning Leshinsky, , present the Mobility  
Plan he is working on to the Transportation Committee.  
Alderman Savidge requested that Bike, Pedestrian, and Micro-Mobility  
Coordinator Rowel update the committee quarterly on projects being worked on  
for cyclists in the City.  
Potential Bus Route Serving Annapolis High School  
Director of Transportation Moore was present to answer questions from the  
committee.  
Alderman Savidge requested that Director of Transportation Moore update the  
committee on the city buses routing to Annapolis High School at the next  
Transportation Committee meeting on 4/8/2026.  
Transportation Department Update  
Director of Transportation Moore, Metropolis SP+Senior Operations Manager  
Jason Kinne, and Premium Parking Market President Jason Prola were present  
to answer questions from the committee.  
Alderman Savidge requested that Director of Transportation Moore update the  
committee on the city buses routing to Annapolis High School at the next  
Transportation Committee meeting on 4/8/2026.  
Alderman Savidge requested a map showing the Electrical Jitnee routes.  
Transportation Board Update  
Tara and Zoey Johnson Community Liason (get rest of name off the video)was  
present to answer questions from the committee.  
Janice requested send the areas that will be blocked off during the Navy's  
commencement.  
Adjournment  
Upon motion duly made, seconded and adopted, the Regular Meeting was  
adjourned at 5:54 pm.
